I Kadek Sumadi is the founder and managing partner at SWS – Registered Tax Consultant Firm & also a business advisor. Having more than 20 years of experience in the field of Taxation, he is a senior partner of various sector Tax Advisors. I Kadek Sumadi graduated from Udayana University majoring in Accounting; He holds a Master’s degree in Taxation from the University of Indonesia and holds Brevet B and C (Tax Consultant Permit). Apart from being a Registered Accountant from the Ministry of Finance, he also holds a Law Degree and is a member of Peradi’s advocate. Prior to becoming a Partner at SWS: Registered Tax Consulting Firm & Business Advisor, he has a lot of experience, starting as an Auditor of Drs. Ketut Muliartha, RM-Public Accountant (1992-1994), Director of Management Consulting-Bali Kesuma, Accountant & Tax Consultant (1994-2002), Tax Division at KAP Paul Hadiwinata-PKF Public Accountant (2002), Tax Manager at Tasnim Ali Widjanarko & Co-Public Accountants (2002-2003), and he is also a lecturer at Udayana University majoring in Accounting & Taxation (1994-2019).

Anak Agung Gde Putu Widanaputra is one of the founders and partners of SWS: Registered Tax Consultant & Business Advisory Firm. His special expertise is in the field of appraisal services and senior accountants. He is also a researcher and active as a lecturer at the Faculty of Economics, Udayana University. He completed his bachelor’s degree majoring in Accounting, at Udayana University, in 1990. He obtained Registered Accountants through the UNA professional examination and has completed his post-graduate education (Accounting) for a master’s degree at Gadjah Mada University in 2003 and a Doctorate degree from the same institution. in 2006. Prior to becoming a partner at SWS, he was a senior auditor at a public accounting firm, financial controller at several hotels (1991-1994), management consultant, and accounting and tax in several private companies and hotels. Currently, he is also an advisor and expert staff for several local governments (regencies) in Bali as well as providing appraisal services.

Made Gde Sudharma Santosa is also the co-founder and partner of SWS: Registered Tax Consultant & Business Advisory Firm. Checking the opportunity given by PT. Bank Duta in 1990 as the head of the Ubud Headquarters with 30 staff, in 1992 he was entrusted as deputy branch leader, in 1994 he was appointed as branch leader in an unhealthy branch condition with NPL of 54% during the merger in October 2000, April 2001, trusted as the President Director of PT. Sarana Bali Ventura, On March 18, 2005, he was entrusted as the President Director of PT. Bank Sri Partha, after the acquisition, the name changed to Bank Andara with the position of Director
Wayan Keresna is a registered tax consultant at the Directorate General of Taxes with C certification. More than 15 years of experience with expertise in taxation, computer programming, and accounting. Since graduating from Udayana University, he has provided consultation to companies in Hospitality Services, Restaurants, Construction Services, Property, Educational Institutions, Construction, Trade, and others.
Anak Agung Gde Sedana Putra is one of the partners at SWS Consulting. He started his career as Pakak’s consulting staff at KDW Consulting in 2006. Then continued his career at SWS Consulting in 2009 as a staff. Then in 2010, he was appointed as Supervisor and in 2015 he was appointed as a Partner in the taxation field of SWS Consulting.
Bayu Eka Ardinata, SE.,Ak.,CA.,BKP is a registered tax consultant at the Directorate General of Taxes with C certification. Has expertise and experience in taxation and accounting for more than 15 years in several companies in Hospitality Services, Restaurant Services, Education, Construction, Trade, and Other sectors. His professional career started as a Tax Staff at the Public Accounting Firm Inaresjz Kemalawarta in 2005 in Yogjakarta.
Lutfi Yuli Handoko, S.Mn., S.H., M.Ak. is a taxologist with extensive expertise and experience in tax litigation with various client backgrounds, including multinational companies. Previously, he graduated from the State College of Accountancy (STAN), has over 12 years of experience as a tax auditor at the Directorate General of Tax (DGT), and was awarded as the Best Tax Auditor in the Bali Regional Tax Office in 2017. He has been a partner at SWS Consulting since 2018 and has handled a wide range of tax audits, objections, appeals, lawsuits, and judicial reviews. He also holds USKP B certificate and Tax Attorney license from the Tax Court.

Agung Sanjaya is one of the Partners of SWS Consulting – Registered Tax Consultant & Business Advisory Firm. He is a Partner in the field of Transfer Pricing Document creation services and national and regional tax services.
